Your words.
In your hands.
Before you send, your Contact draft stays in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. You can reset it at any time. Unsent drafts are not saved to our server; if browser storage is unavailable, the form still works without saving a draft.
When you send an enquiry, Outpace Digital collects your name, email address, enquiry topic, relevant answers and note, along with any organisation or timing details you choose to provide. Chris uses these to understand and respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Vercel hosts the website and processes the submission, Convex stores the enquiry and queues its emails, and Resend sends a notification to Chris and a receipt to you. These providers may process information outside New Zealand. Delivery records and limited abuse-prevention information help us operate the service safely. A receipt confirms that the enquiry was saved and its emails queued; it does not guarantee inbox delivery.
We use standard analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. This uses cookies and your IP address.
We keep enquiries while they are useful for the enquiry or an ongoing business relationship, rather than deleting them on a fixed anniversary. To ask for access, correction or deletion, contact chris@outpacedigital.co.nz. Removing a website enquiry does not automatically remove separate email-provider, delivery-queue or mailbox copies; those need separate handling.
After an accepted submission, the form clears its saved draft. If a connection problem leaves the result uncertain, it keeps the same enquiry reference so you can retry without creating a second enquiry.
The booking link opens Outpace Digital’s Google Calendar booking page in a new tab. Google processes the details you provide to arrange the appointment and send calendar invitations; Chris uses them for your meeting. The booking page shows available times, not private calendar events. Sending an enquiry does not book a meeting.
Your Dayshift or Nightshift choice and completed playroom flags are stored in your browser. Individual games keep their current round in the page; reloading starts that round again.
